Why doesn't pgadmin 4 accept passwords?

Good day, the following problem arose:
First, my pgadmin 4 and postgresql suddenly started working on the same port, I solved the problem by moving postgresql to port 5433, but then another problem appeared: pgadmin does not see the password, the password is correct, that's exactly
what the problem is is not eliminated even after changing all the methods in pg_hba to trust, from which I conclude that somewhere I offended the elephant very much
I am ready to reinstall postgresql, I even tried to do it once, but it did not help
By the way pgadmin I have 4 , postgresql 13 and windows 10
So what could be causing this password nightmare and how to fix it?

@mdconsult

I have the same problem. Postgresql 11 only (but I don't think it matters).
I'm doing something wrong with pgadmin. And here's what I can't understand.
Does not accept a password and that's it.
