Are there mechanisms for templates, storage, generation of xml files, according to a given xsd structure?

Tell me, is it possible to describe the XML structure in Postgresql using some XSD-type languages? Is there such a possibility?
I don’t really want to produce various web forms and change them in 100+ places when adding some insignificant element, for example, an e-mail address.
I would like to write one interface template, which will be passed the name of the XML structure (XSD) and the id of the entry. And when adding new attributes, only change templates.
Or is it worth picking up other templates.
