Why doesn't overflow: auto work in opera mini?

Hello.
There is a table that should be displayed with a scroll on mobile screens, but overflow: auto does not work in opera mini, as a result, scrolling on the entire page.
How can this be fixed?

Because opera mini does not support either html or css, much less js, but displays a special format into which the server page is compressed.
As a result, the entire page scrolls, and it is impossible to interact with its parts.
