Why doesn't nginx have access to media files?

Please help me figure it out! When loading the page, media files from the media folder are not loaded - in the logs permission denied 13, while if you manually allow access to the www-data group, then everything works, BUT until a new media file is loaded or a subdirectory is created in media - after that, nginx again cannot access these new files.

This is selinux. Disable it setenforce 0
