What routes to add to Windows Server to route to another network?
There is a local home network (192.168.1.1/24), in which users (all sit under linux) who want to play with people from the Internet. But for the game, a local network emulator is used, which is only available under windows (ip 25.15.169.76 is issued on the virtual network card). It was decided to install windows server 2008 on the network on the virtual machine, this emulator itself on it and configure routing so that everyone goes to this virtual LAN through the server on Windows. What routes need to be added to make it work?

Because the address 127.0.0.1 is local. For the Google server that does the authentication check, this is the address of itself, not your computer.
Let's say the IP of the virtual machine is 192.168.1.100, inside it the virtual interface address is 25.15.169.76. Clients need to register a route.
(win):
(Linux):
And, of course, correctly configure the firewall of the virtual machine.
1. A virtual machine can easily be a member of your local network, in the properties of its adapter in the hypervisor, you must select bridge, not nat. Then there will be no need for routes.
2. In order not to configure routes for all users, configure a route on the router that the same 25.15.169.76 is available through the same 192.168.1.100. But this is if you are not slowly laughing at the admin :) then either 1) or as 20ivs wrote to you above.
