Can I get in django in my page timepicker like in admin panel?

Inside Django, the widget is automatically loaded in the admin panel - for the date and time - but in a normal page there is no direct way to use it - for the date it was possible to get through jQuery - and for the date-and-time it's all crooked ... isn't there a good way to use it already finished instrument?

It works - but not like in the admin panel, but easier (but also good)
(I didn’t understand about media - maybe everything has already been added there)
