Why doesn't NGINX disappear from sources along with the mod_voc module on top of the ISPmanager Lite panel?

People who have had experience building NGINX with the ngx_http_voc_module module from sources on a server with a panel from ISPmanager.
It is configured with it, the make also works, is installed, but there is nginx -Vno module.
This problem only occurs when my Debian 6 with ISPmanager is installed. If without ispmgr, then everything is installed and works ok.
I even tried this, I installed NGINX 1.6.2 from the panel (from the repositories), then I configured it from the sources and rolled the same version of NGINX from the sources with the one configured with the mod on top of the installed one, everything rolled up perfectly, it works, but the module is not visible again.
