How to correctly configure FastCGI response buffering? Nginx + PHP-FPM?

Good afternoon,
I am setting up a web server (nginx + php-fpm).
Buffering is enabled in the nginx configuration (as I understand it, this is desirable). I can't figure out which values are the most optimal (correct) for fastcgi_buffer_size parameters
fastcgi_buffers
fastcgi_buffers_size How can
I
determine what values would be the most appropriate for these parameters?
Googling did not give any result on this issue, I did not find an explanation on this issue in the documentation.

Well, it's up to you to decide. On the one hand, the time between sending a response to the browser, on the other hand, is an overhead from frequent data transfer from fastcgi to the client. Depends on the size of the page that fastcgi generates. But the best option would of course be to leave the default values. Why do you want to change them if you yourself do not understand the need for this?

It depends on the size of your responses from festkgai, and only you know that, who has 10 kilobytes, who has gigantic pages per megabyte.
