Why doesn't ng-animate work in ng-repeat?

Hi guys, tell me what's the problem is that the animation does not work when outputting data through ng-repeat.
For example , it works here , but I don't.

Have you connected it? It is not out of the box - you connect the script, add it to the list of dependencies.
