Why doesn't namespace change when Refactor | Move in PhpStorm?

I wanted the namespace to change when moving classes, as in the documentation https://www.jetbrains.com/help/phpstorm/move-names...
In Directories I set Sources to the root directories, but there is no sense, when moving such a picture and namespace is not is changing.

Understood. You need to apply Refactor | Move not to the file but to the class name itself in the file.
