Why doesn't mysql work in bash?

Hello. The problem is the following.
I use bash under windows. When trying to get into the mysql terminal, bash does not give any error messages, but it does not enter the terminal either. If you specify the wrong username / password, then an error about this will pop up. Tried to go through another console, everything works.
Tell me please, what could be the problem?
