Why doesn't my app appear first in the app store search by name?

Why is my app not appearing first in the app store search by name?
When I enter the application name query into the search, it comes out somewhere in the middle of the result, but how can I make it come out first?

Because sorting is not alphabetical. I'm not even sure that the sorting algorithm is in the public domain.
Raise the rating of the application - and it will probably be higher.

It is not for nothing that there are sales of installs and likes (when a program is installed for your money and put 5 stars on it).
