Why doesn't more than 1 proxy connect to 3Proxy?

Good afternoon!

Installed 3Proxy. System - Windows 7
Set up the config, everything worked fine.
Added another proxy (new connection).

But neither does it want to work just two connections at once.
Works or the first or the second, both together DO NOT work.

Tell me how can this be fixed?
