Why doesn't mail from Yandex go to the GROUP in G Suite [email protected]?

Domain with mail on GMail - G Suite Basic. Hosting REG.ru.
DKIM, DMARC and SPF are configured.
All checks pass correctly - https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3a...

Problem : mail from Yandex does not go to the [email protected] GROUP. From the mail and the rest passes, but from Yandex - no.

It says it's spam. Checked from different boxes - the result is the same.

The response was:
Your email to group [email protected] was rejected due to spam classification. The owner of the group can choose to enable message moderation instead of bouncing these emails. More information can be found here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/168383 .

It PASSES TO A SEPARATE BOX [email protected] (NOT A GROUP) without problems, including from Yandex, but not to a GROUP.

Climbed as indicated in the help - In Applications - G Suite - Settings - Gmail - Advanced settings
But there is NO way to add a white list. It is possible that these are limitations of the free plan.

Changing from
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
to
v=spf1 +a:mail.yandex.ru +a:yandex.ru include:_spf.google.com ~all
didn't work.

Question : how to fix it?

Good afternoon!
Faced this problem many times!
Most likely, you have previously created mail in Yandex Connect with this domain. And Yandex, without looking at the MX records, still sends letters for this domain to Yandex. The problem is solved by deleting an organization with this domain in Yandex Connect. But before deleting, you can look at incoming letters in those boxes that are in Connect

Changing from
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
to
v=spf1 +a:mail.yandex.ru +a:yandex.ru include:_spf.google.com ~all
didn't work.

visit the link again and sort out the whitelist of addresses
and carefully - what is paid for and what is not, and therefore it is not

, you can look at the header of the received letter?
DKIM, DMARC and SPF are configured
what is the DMARC policy? In the case of "reject", Google Groups changes the Header From address of the forwarded letter of the original to the address of the Google group
