Why doesn't libreoffice convert all images from .doc to .pdf?

The libreoffice6.3 library was great for converting office documents to pdf so that they can be viewed in a browser.
But over time, we found that libreoffice does not display some images in the converted pdf.
I convert documents on the server with the command:

libreoffice6.3 --headless --convert-to pdf file.doc

On the screen I demonstrate the difference, on the left - the converted pdf, which does not have a screen with disks, on the right - the original .doc file with this screen, which has an anchor with the caption "Object binding. The selected object is attached to the text in this document." I suspect that because of this anchor. Haven't noticed any problems with other images. Tell me, please, what is the problem?
UPD: "Wrap an element along the contour" does not allow to convert a document with such an image.
