Why doesn't jQuery work in IE 11?

Actually in all browsers everything is fine, except for IE.
The problem is that it doesn't see JQuery, and shows the following:


I tried to look for a solution and tried the following options:
- Change doctype
- naked jquery test without layout at all
- change version from 2 to 1
- dance with a tambourine

Nothing worked for me. Please tell me what could be the problem?

Turns out it was my problem. I use wine server 2012, almost all sites that use js do not work with it. Reset to other users, they are fine.
