Why doesn't it sometimes appear in the Side Bar when creating a file?

Hello. Sometimes, every time I create a new file (via the sidebar menu or the AdvancedNewFile plugin) it doesn't show up where it should in that very sidebar. At the same time, the file is present in the directory itself and appears when Sublime is restarted. Incredibly uncomfortable and terribly infuriating! How to fix?
