Why doesn't it show all users in the ModX admin panel?

Some of the users are not visible in the admin panel.
Below shows the total number - correct, as in the database.
I compared tables in the database - there are no differences between users ...
Some kind of ExtJS glitch or what?
Version ModX 2.6.5 + MiniShop2

Hello, maybe your rights are not full (i.e. there is no permission to view users), but this is not certain.
It is also worth updating MODX, for example, through the UpgradeMODX component.
