Why are css styles not being applied and a saas folder is being created on the site?

Hello!
Moved the site to a new domain. Everything worked fine on the previous one. Domains on the same hosting.
Now when I write something in styles and refresh the page with ctrl+f5 cache clearing I see that nothing is applied.

What I did:
1. Cleaned the cache of the CMS (Modx Revo) and the browser.
2. I opened the css file along the full path site.ru/css/style.css and I see that the ancient version of css is opened there, after that dozens of changes were made on the previous domain.
3. In the css connection code, I added version 4. I noticed in the developer panel that supposedly my site has a scss file at site.ru/saas/style.scss, but my site does not have such a folder, and even more so, such a file and styles are loaded from him.<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/style.css?v1">

Please explain what it is and how to fix it

Have you tried SHARED in target_link_libaries?

I somehow had a similar problem when, after transferring a site from modx to another domain, I did not change all the paths in the config files. As a result, my styles were loaded not from the current domain, but from the old one, which had a similar site, but in a different topic.
So I advise you to double-check the paths in all config-files. IMHO I have no idea what else it could be.
