Package (library) manager for C++ with Cmake?

Are there any package managers for C++ that will make it easier to build cross-platform applications with libraries that need to be manually built for different platforms and ABIs, which is terribly inconvenient.
For example, you need wxWidgets - I built it for Windows and Linux,
I need libCurl - I also had to build it separately for Windows and Linux, but also for Android for different ABIs
, and so on, the account goes to less problematic and platform-dependent libraries, but this only delivers unnecessary inconvenience
P.S. When viewing some MPs, I did not find support for Emscripten in any of them, and it is not yet clear how things are with him at all, since he is primarily needed
