Why doesn’t it let the router into the admin panel from one computer, and from another without problems?

Given:

  1. Router TP-LINK TL-WR840N(RU)
  2. comp A connected to the router via cable
  3. comp B connected to router via wifi
  4. I go with comp A to the admin panel of the router at tplinkwifi.net
  5. with comp B, the admin panel does not open either at tplinkwifi.net or at 192.168.1.1 (when tracert from this computer, this address is displayed first)

Question: where to look for the problem? Is this due to the fact that comp B is connected via Wi-Fi? Although I read on the Internet that this should not be a hindrance. Or maybe due to the fact that it is connected via guest wifi? Then how to make comp B not guest, but "own"? I poked around in the settings of the router, but did not figure out how to make it "my own".

You seem to have only guest wifi enabled. Go through the settings carefully.

Are you sure you want to give access to the admin panel to guests? What for?
If yes, then judging by this, you most likely need:
Guest Network > Allow guest users to access my local network: Enable

In tp-link, you can specify the IP from which you are allowed to enter the admin panel. Accordingly, it will be impossible to enter from other IPs. Check this setting.
