Why doesn't it get the path to PREVIEW_PICTURE?

In CIBlockElement::getList(), the path to the PREVIEW_PICTURE image should not be obtained automatically when calling $result->getNext()? It seems that it used to be like this, but now in PREVIEW_PICTURE - the id of the image...
