Why doesn't it fit into extensions?

I created my own extension , here it is,
I'm trying to put it like this

php composer.phar require sirgalas/yii2-wordpress-menu

but it doesn't connect and is missing from vendor\yiisoft\extensions.php can you tell me what I did wrong ?
