Real estate website database structure?

Hello to all forum users!
People, tell me, please, the best structure of plates for a real estate site. There are 6 types of real estate (Apartment, room, house, plot, garage, parking place). Each type can be sold, rented out. It turns out that for each set (Property type - operation) there is its own set of parameters or fields (as you like) - Sell an apartment (Price field), Rent an apartment (there is a Price and Monthly price field) ... something like that. There are many fields that belong to only one set.
At first I thought to create a plate for each set, that is, a plate for Sale of apartments, a plate for Rent apartments, a plate for Sale of houses.....etc.
But I don’t really like this option, especially since it’s hard to do a search. It seems to me that in general, a lot of resources will be allocated for some kind of search or filter.
There is not enough advice from experienced developers on how to correctly and optimally create a structure. I would be grateful for advice!

It seems to me that there is not enough theoretical basis, read it here .
And think about why people share information "tables". "Relational bases", "3 normal form" - in google.
