Why doesn't it ask for permission during installation?

Good afternoon, dear ones! There was a problem, I sewed a backdoor into the required APK file, everything is fine, everything works. When installing a read Backdoor APK, a bunch of permissions pop up, but with the Backdoor application embedded in the APK, permissions are not requested (The application itself works without permissions). I looked into the manifest - all permissions are registered, I know that the logic has changed after Android 6.0, but I have no idea how to decompile correctly, what code and where to insert and compile, who can help figure it out I will be grateful!

because android mows under ios,
you can mess up the manifest, but I think this will not help much,
