What is the problem with ReactNative app configuration?

I decided to see what ReactNative is.
Started with getstarted
When starting the application (react-native run-android) throws an error

I understand the problem with the configuration, something with sdk, I specified the path in the global variable for it on the advice in this issues , but it did not help.
How is this problem solved? :(
Android Studio installed.

So it seems to be written that android-23 is not installed? Launch SDK Manager, check the box next to API 23, click Install. If the SDK directory is correctly specified, of course.
