Why doesn't it allow me to edit settings from the Daloradius web console?

On centos 8.2 I installed freeradius and daloradius web console. Everything would be fine, but it is impossible to edit the settings from the web, it says that there are no rights to daloradius.conf.php. I made the owner of the nginx config and the rights 664, but it doesn’t give it anyway, only if you set it to 777. I tried to add root to the nginx group, made it the owner of the config - it didn’t help.
What could be the problem? Puts the root is not very correct, I would like to leave the nginx user. Thank you for your help
