Why doesn't index.vue file association work in phpstorm?

Good afternoon! Help deal with such a misfortune.
The editor doesn't want to associate index.vue files as a vue template. Here is the screenshot:

It shows how all index.vue are displayed as just text files, from which there is no syntax highlighting, autocompletion and everything. No matter how much I dug into the settings, I did not find anything. Tried googling, but couldn't find anything there either. All other template names work correctly, but there is a problem with index.vue.
Tried to recreate, but all in vain! Restarted the vue plugin, didn't help either!
Please help me figure out how to fix this.

Solved the issue, but I think it's a cast! Registered index.vue in the file association pattern:
and it all worked
