Why doesn't https from WoSign work in Chrome on Andoird?

There is such a problem, I installed the https protocol from WoSign on several sites and everything works fine.
An example of a site (which works with https):
https://neweb.md

Now installed on another hosting and does not work in Chrome on mobile devices:
An example of a site (which does not work ):
https://russia-invitation.com

In the second case, intermediate certificates are not added.
You can see the difference between the sites yourself:

In the first case - Android 6.0 TLS 1.2 TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA
In the second - Android 6.0 TLS 1.2 > http/1.1 TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
Start by adding intermediate certificates in the same way as in the first site.
