Why doesn't hotkey emmet work in Sublime text?

Can you please tell me why the emmet hotkeys stopped working?
They worked continuously for 2 years, now they no longer work,

and in the hotkey settings you can see that they have all become commented out. Prog did not update (foresee the question)
