See if you have an auto-prefix in your package, a sublime plugin, if there is, remove it and restart the editor. There are, as it were, no autoprefixes in the emmet, but there is a plugin for the sublime, I once had it, but it is not needed, in principle, there is a galp or similar systems for this.
