Why doesn't hot code push work in meteorJS?

Deployed the application on a remote server.
I built the application locally with the following command:
run android-device --settings settings.json --mobile-server site.com
If you make changes to css on the server, for example, then they are applied on site.com , but not in the application itself.
Although the webcoket connection to the application and the site receives the same information that the content has changed.
Please help, I don't know what to do...
