How to use MeteorUP?

Hello.
Now I'm studying Meteor - there was a question with the deployment. More precisely, I figured out mup. Deployed the application.
The question is how to deploy updates or what edits. If I use mup deploy, then a new application is created or it gives an error port is busy. Can anyone tell me how to deploy a meteor or give something to read?
