Why doesn't he visit the site after the end of TTL?

Installed and configured PowerDNS, linked domains to the NS server and then bought a new domain and linked it to these ns servers. The problem consists in the following, specified in PowerDNS Admin TTL for the new domain - 60 minutes.

I looked at check-host, everywhere the domain was activated and attached to the desired server. But after 60 minutes on the same check-host, all information disappeared and does not appear.
