The second day I can not open the site. Instead, it redirects to the link 192.168.2.1/negbal.php?go=http%3A%2F%2Fhabrahabr.ru%2F and this is despite the fact that the IP address 192.168.2.1 is not in my network, not in the provider's network. In this case, the domain itself resolves to the correct ip-address 89.111.179.63. It opens through the anonymizer, but the entrance is under your account under the left anonymizer .... What can be?

The problem was in the chrome browser! I cleared the cache and everything worked.
