Why doesn't Habr allow karma to be upvoted when it says "You have 4 votes left for karma, topics, questions ..."?
Today I’m looking, for once, it seems like it’s theoretically possible to vote on karma - in the upper left corner it says “You have 4 votes left for karma, topics, questions and 10 for answers and comments.” And just an extremely worthy topic turned up - give, I think, karma to the author of the plus sign ... But no - with such an attempt, in the upper right corner it says "You don't have enough karma to vote." It seems to me, or is there a contradiction here?

The number of remaining votes is written in the corner, but in addition to this, in order to vote for karma, one's own karma must be greater than 5.
I also noticed such a thing when the karma was exactly 5. Probably, somewhere the developers mixed up ">" and ">=")
I still don't understand why StrangeAttractor marked the question as solved and accepted the answer rsi?
Let's turn to the original source: habrahabr.ru/info/help/karma/
…
vote for a habratopic or comment in the negative direction - karma ≥5;
increase / decrease the karma of another user - karma> 5;
…
You have 5 votes left for topics, questions and 10 for answers and commentsAnd already with karma at 6:
You have 6 votes left for karma, topics, questions and 12 for answers and comments
