But no - with such an attempt, in the upper right corner it says "You don't have enough karma to vote." It seems to me, or is there a contradiction here?

The number of remaining votes is written in the corner, but in addition to this, in order to vote for karma, one's own karma must be greater than 5.

Because with a karma size of 5, the user does not have the ability to change the karma of other users, the presence of the message: “You have 5 votes left for karma, topics, questions and 10 for answers and comments” for users with a karma size of 5, I consider nothing more than a bug with minimum level of importance.
Why not write with karma 5:

You have 5 votes left for topics, questions and 10 for answers and comments

And already with karma at 6:

You have 6 votes left for karma, topics, questions and 12 for answers and comments

After all, the question is not why there is no possibility to change karma, but why there is no possibility to change karma, when it is written that it is possible to change karma!
