Why doesn't Google Chrome developer tools always show the location of the style in the css file of the selected element?
Google Chrome 40.0.2188.2 dev-m (64-bit) does not always show the file and line number:
but on some sites it shows, I haven’t seen this before, what could it be?

To be honest, lately chrome has just started to forget the css styles I changed, so I changed the font, switched to another element, and then returned and everything is the value that is in the CSS file and not what I changed. People don’t know why? sorry for off. topic.
Faced the same problem a few days ago and to this day, everything is ok at work, I can’t work at home. I noticed that the same file locally does not show anything, everything is fine with the Internet. The maximum that was achieved locally is the running file itself. I could not find solutions on the Internet, technical support is silent, reinstalling chrome did not help.
I would be grateful if someone writes a solution. There is no desire to switch to another browser.
windows 8, chrome version 38.0.2125.104m
It's all about the line feed of the css file, it should be CRLF, then Crome will indicate the number.
