Why doesn't getting Yandex metric data via API work?

Hello! I want to get statistics on the API, but nothing happens, it gives a 403 error.
I do everything as in the documentation:

What's wrong, why is it always getting a 403 error?

it means the token is incorrect or the request is coming from the wrong domain to which the token is bound
