How to turn off MOTION EYE webcam LED?

Guys how to turn off the LED of the Sony Motion EYE camera, through the driver or something else?
They said it was possible, they advised to do it this way: "send a command to the webcam, which sets the value of the register responsible for the state of the LED, send either via ethernet or serial port" - but I don’t know how to do this ..

in short, no software. The requirement to shine with the eye is sewn into the requirements for the development of the cameras themselves. At best, the LED is turned on by software (not in the case of standard firewood), at worst, by hardware.
