In the game client itself there is a tab - View -> live broadcast, it displays information about games between teams. how to get this information via the steam API?

Hey! Most likely, there is no API for this. I heard that valve was planning, but so far there seems to be nothing like that. Although an extension has recently appeared on twitch that shows the stats of skating rinks online, but I have not yet understood how they do it.
