Why doesn't fill work for an SVG sprite?

Good afternoon everyone! SVG sprites are not painted over, I tried it from different browsers already, I thought on Firefox, as it turned out - in vain. I can't figure out what's the problem? Even there, I add the fill attribute to use or to svg, no result. Could it be the sprite itself?

In general, I found the answer ...
If the fill property has already been assigned somewhere in css, then it can only be reassigned by deleting the style property and adding a new one. I don't know why it works like this, maybe it's just me.
