Why doesn't export to webgl work in Unity 3D?

Created a game in Unity 3D. All paths are in Cyrillic. I run the export to exe - everything goes fine and works.
I do an export to webgl - progress reaches the end, but NOTHING happens, nothing appears in the specified folder. Why is that? The webgl module is installed. The latest version of the unit.
Or is there any other way to export the game from unity to html5?
