Why doesn't Exim send mail if no IP address is found for a domain?

When sending mail through Exim, when for a domain specified as rDNS for an IP address, Exim cannot determine the IP address, the mail is not sent, only in the logs:

2017-09-01 21:41:49 no IP address found for host MY_IP.dynamic.samara.ertelecom.ru (during SMTP connection from [MY_IP])
2017-09-01 21:41:49 no IP address found for host MY_IP.dynamic.samara.ertelecom.ru (during SMTP connection from [MY_IP])
2017-09-01 21:41:59 no IP address found for host MY_IP.dynamic.samara.ertelecom.ru (during SMTP connection from [MY_IP] ])

Instead of MY_IP - my real IP address.
How can I disable this check?
