Why doesn't exim + dkim link work?

There is an ISP manager, I do everything according to this instruction

Everything seems to be done correctly
dkimcore.org/tools/keycheck.html says: "This is a valid DKIM key record", i.e. There is a DNS entry, but as a result, the letter is not signed, [email protected], says: DKIM result: none (no signature)

I removed the mail domain, turned off the mail server, turned on exim, dkim again, added the mail domain (all this through the ISP manager), and now it's a miracle, it worked!
