AntiX (Debian Linux): sound and language?

After restarting the PC on antiX-17.4.1_386-base, the volume slider drops by 50% and the language changes to en.

I got into the language settings, there was no ang language at all, although it was installed after the reboot. I also put the English language in addition to Russian, put Russian as the main one - it did not help.

The sound looked in the volume mixer, set the first slider to the full, after the reboot again 50%.
