Why doesn't Drupal see the query.cycle.all.js file?

I needed to make a mini gallery in the nodes, for this I installed the "Field Slideshow" module and all its dependent modules, including "Libraries", downloaded the "jquery.cycle.all.js" file and threw it into the "sites/all/libraries/query" folder .cycle", but Drupal still gives an error that the library in the folder "sites/all/libraries/query.cycle" was not found. Previously, everything seemed to work without problems, but now it doesn’t want to connect and that’s it, can anyone come across such a problem?

Alternatively, if all paths are exactly correct, the js version of the lib may not be suitable. Try an older one, it's usually written in the readme about supported versions.
