Why doesn't drag and drop google chrome tabs work in kubuntu?

The situation is as follows, there is a fresh kubuntu 21.10, Chrome 97.0.4692.71
Drag and drop of tabs does not work. Those. instead of moving, the tab opens in a new window. This works for both pinned and regular tabs.
How can you fix it?

Tab dragging was broken in KDE:

Only yesterday it was fixed in Chromium, it will most likely come to chrome with the next update.
