Why doesn't Docker run containers on Window 10?

After specifying the docker compose up command, the download process goes on, some of the downloads complete successfully, and two downloads (usually the largest 1.25Gb and 889Mb) freeze and do not reach the final. I also tried to prescribe the docker compose up -d command, the result is the same

Something is wrong with the Dockerfile.
