Why doesn't DHCP internet beeline work?

The problem is this:
I connect the debian machine to the beeline internet.
The local network is connected but does not ping tp.internet.beeline.ru (unkown host)
At the same time, the DNS server is received in /etc/resolv.conf, the Beeline domain is received

Tried to connect a machine with WIndows and ping tp.internet.beeine.ru pings go to the address is 192.168.193.234, the network is there, the conclusion is that debian does not want to work with DHCP received in /etc/resolv.conf.
I decided to score on the provider's network and their DHCP, instead of tp.internet.beeine.ru I scored the SP obtained by pinging from Windows 192.168.193.234, everything worked. I remember there was the same trouble on the openwrt firmware when raising the Internet, only then I remembered how I won. But I would like to receive from Provo in full what I pay for, what should I do?
