Why doesn't debugging work in the console?

Hello, debugging in the console does not work: when hovering over an element, it is not possible to hide / show the element, just like editing it, and there is no line on which the code is written either. I'm writing in scss/html if that's important. I have the soursemaps function, if this is the case, I attached all the settings of the galp file on the second screenshot. It's not the browser, I say right away, I tried it in chrome / opera / microsoft edge, it's like that everywhere.

And you looked at the source tab in chrome, for sure there is no style.css line there
